Our brand new app: Virtual LEO I, is available for iOS as a free download now from the App Store using the link below.
Minimum Requirements
- Designed for use on iPad only (no iPhone).
- Supports iPad 8th Generation (2020) and later.
- Supports iPad Pro 4th Generation (2020) and later.
- Supports iPad Air 4th Generation (2020) and later.
- Requires a minimum of 1.8Gb free hard drive space.
- Small number of functions require internet access during use ("See in Archive", "Watch Video", etc).

Why these requirements?
Virtual LEO I was developed using Unreal Engine 5 and requires an iPad with an A12 Bionic CPU included, or more recent to handle the graphical requirements of the app.
Known Issues
We want this app to be the best it can possibly be, so Virtual LEO I is still currently under active development. The current release has several known issues that are being worked on. These include:
- The "Operator's Assistant" (female non-player character) 3D model is being reworked to be more historically accurate.
- An occasional crash is being experienced between 30 and 50 minutes of intense use (on some devices), we are working to diagnose a cause and will fix from there.
- When returning to the room after selecting some objects, a "Welcome" message is displayed in the location text (inside the left sidebar) incorrectly. This will be fixed in the next update.
